I am switching it up with some shatter and sauce SKUS today hailing from an up-and-coming Bay Area brand: Globs. Globs is an authentically excellent lineup of superior concentrates of all sorts. So few people are doing solvent extractions any justice anymore; so I am excited to share this brand with all my fellow best-in-class hash fans.
I had the privilege of meeting Dylan, the man behind the Glob’s brand, at Emerald Cup’s Inaugural Harvest Ball in December. I had been drawn for some time before to tap in with Glob Dylan, as I had the suspicion he was on to some good shit. My senses hadn’t failed me, as I quickly realized what was good with the Glob gang.
Call it a hunch, but trust me when I say everything I have had from Globs has been superior and a stand out in the sea of shitty concentrates and cash grabby shatter SKUS flooding the California shelves. Globs is a true must-try.
While in Santa Rosa for The Harvest Ball, Dylan blessed me with his best, and it only took one hash hole rolled with his Viva La Runtz shatter to convert me to the Gospel of Globs.
You better believe I didn’t stop there. I sampled so many flavors produced by this shaman of shatter, and they are all top-shelf—Jet Fuel OG, Lazy Sunday, Shock Tartz, Gelato 33, etc. I am also incredibly excited to tell everyone that these guys are shattering the sauce game with much more on the way. Add in the fact that their offerings are available at one of the most competitive price points in the space and super solid brand identity. In my opinion, Globs is one to watch.
In addition to those terpene-packed treasures talked about above, I must briefly mention that the Yerbiez sauce is an actual revelation. That SKU shout-out is slightly overdue, but I had to say it.
Enter the GLOBOSPHERE.
What’s more? While they are technically new players on the scene in many respects, they are also nimble and never not moving forward.
I will remind everyone that no matter how jaded they are, the cannabis industry is nascent and ready for the people who show up ready to play the long game. Thats is just what Globs is gearing up to do so get fucking ready.
Given all that’s already so good with Globs, I was surprised to learn that Dylan just sold his first batch of Globs in June 2021. He came so far, so fast – sidestepping the competition by staying the course and putting out the superior shit at all points. He is an old soul for sure.

I’m summary, I believe the secret sauce at the center of each Glob seems to be Dylan’s evident dedication to the dab, commitment to his craft, and ever impressive obsession with the best possible end-user experience. A valuable feature of a brand and personal touch in todays cannabis space that should be treasured and triumphed in this challenging retail landscape.
